The Fairmont Southampton features a large selection of function space, including several outdoor venues alongside the boardrooms and ballroom. Outdoor event venues at The Fairmont Southampton are situated at the private Fairmont Beach Club, which offers 15,000 square feet of function space with magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Beach Terrace
The terrace includes a built-in Band Shell with power hookup capability. The terrace offers additional, newly renovated facilities ready to accommodate up to 1500 people. Your guests will enjoy the soft Bermuda sand on their feet and the soothing sounds of the waves lapping gently against the majestic coral rock.
Ocean Club
The Ocean Club is the perfect venue for up to 150 people. This elevated restaurant is perched on a coral cliff over the ocean and can be used privately with a buyout, or as a smaller group in the restaurant.
Waterlot Inn
Situated in the harbor of beautiful Jews Bay since 1670, the historic Waterlot Inn features a dockside terrace that seats 150 people comfortably and has a large built-in buffet station. The best sunsets in Bermuda can be seen from this location.
Great Sound Lawn
The Great Sound Lawn features 10,000 square feet of meeting space. The room overlooks the West End of the island, with breathtaking views of Bermuda's Great Sound. Also know as the Croquet Lawn, the Great Sound Lawn is the ideal space for a large reception.
The Pool Gallery
The Pool Gallery is elevated above the pool, overlooking the golf course and the beaches of the South Shore. Located outside the Conference Center foyer, the Pool Gallery has a beautiful, curved terrace featuring teak furniture and terra-cotta planters. This area is ideal for small groups for breakfast and lunch, and for receptions of up to 150 people.
Poolside
An elegant setting that can be used for evening events after 7:00 pm, the Poolside is beautifully decorated with palm trees and large terra-cotta planters. It is ideal for up to 500 people for receptions. Floating ice carvings of your group logo and tropical flowers are popular additions.
