Raffles Ballroom
The Raffles Ballroom is one of the largest column-free ballrooms in Singapore. It is a magnificent room that can accommodate up to 3200 people. It has what is believed to be the largest chandelier in the world and was the first hotel ballroom in Asia to install Smart Light Technology, a state-of-the-art lighting system that allows precision lighting and the creation of stunning effects
Stamford Ballroom
The Stamford Ballroom is a grand, column-free ballroom that can hold up to 1000 people. For more intimate functions, it can be divided by a partition wall into two rooms: Sophia and Olivia, each with its own private foyer, which are ideal for breakout lunches, coffee breaks and cocktails. As with the Raffles Ballroom, the Stamford Ballroom is also equipped with Smart Light Technology and has 78 ceiling speakers and three built-in screens.
Atrium Ballroom
The Atrium Ballroom is an elegant ballroom that can hold up to 450 people. Sleek and contemporary in decor, the Atrium Ballroom can be divided into three separate meeting rooms: Moor, Morrison and Hullet. Combining warm elegance and spacious comfort, the Atrium Ballroom is ideal for all business events.
Stamford Meeting Rooms
This suite of six rooms is perfect for all meeting and conference needs. Overlooking the Padang, each room (Clark, Ord, Blundell, Butterworth, Bonham and Fullerton) can accommodate up to 35 people. Audio-visual equipment such as slide and film projectors and computers as well as technical support are readily available.
Executive Conference Center
State-of-the-art technology is truly at your fingertips in the Executive Conference rooms, the ideal rooms for all high-powered meetings. The Bailey and Wilberforce rooms each boast a flexible, modular table system and ergonomic chairs and can seat up to 20 people each. The Indiana, Minto, Mecury and Enterprise rooms can accommodate up to 100 people each; the Bras Basah and Orchard rooms can hold up to 160 and 120 people respectively.
All features in these high-tech rooms are controlled from an icon-based touch screen, which allows you to adjust anything within the room from the comfort of your seat. These features include lighting, air conditioning, the Viracon privacy glass, satellite conference system, the Visualiser presentation system and all audio-visual equipment. You can be assured that you will be in complete control of your meeting.
