Once upon a time... Wonderful stories start this way. Especially the ones that tell an adventure and a tale, and at the same time nourish the legend and make every day wonderful. This is a story that we want to tell and share with you within a gourmet odyssey, from one ocean to the other, by the expression of our culinary inheritance and by featuring the treasures of our Canadian territories. The road proposed is exclusively gastronomic. Merry and delicious, totally extraordinary.

First Stop: Maritime Regions
We are now in the Maritimes: Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, and New Brunswick, renowned for the quality of their fish and seafood. Here you will find a fine cuisine utilizing the most traditional culinary recipes of this wonderful area. In harmony, two chefs will animate two adjacent buffet stations. They will flame, slice, and serve the culinary delights to guests.

Second Stop: Quebec and Ontario
Close by, we can enjoy the aromatic flavors of Quebec, Labrador, and Ontario cuisine served by our chefs.

The beautiful Prairies; stop by for another taste...

The Historic Charm of Old Montreal

Feel the rhythm of the city at night and the fever it generates... your very own slice of our world-famous jazz fest. In this exotic atmosphere you can't help but be taken away. You don't need to be a jazz aficionado to feel laid back, while savoring the tasty vocal styling of a passionate lounge singer grooving to the sizzling beat of the musicians, or simply sitting back listening to the smooth music of a jazz quartet.

The heated ambiance is further increased by striking red centerpieces, set on tables covered with floor-length red tablecloths and coupled with luxurious black seat covers. The corners are adorned with taller floral standards, completing the mesmerizing effect.

It's easy to stay cool in this really hot atmosphere, where everything is red - table settings, food stations, even the walls can be bathed in soothing red lighting!
