Located in the lower level of the hotel, The Fairmont Hotel Macdonald's Business Center is an environment designed for guests to conduct business in calm surroundings. Light secretarial services are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and use of the private boardroom is complimentary to members of The Fairmont President's Club.

• Light secretarial services, including typing, faxing, and photocopying, available for a fee
• Two private computer workstations with data-line capabilities, necessary business amenities, and telephone with complimentary local calls
• Each workstation contains a Compaq Celeron 300 MHz computer
• Access to a private boardroom that can accommodate up to six people and is equipped with whiteboard and flip chart. Subject to availability; hourly fee applies
• Daily newspapers and magazines
• Complimentary coffee and tea via Room Service
• High-speed Internet connectivity

Fax Services:
The Fairmont Hotel Macdonald offers a fax machine rental service, priced at CAD 60.00 a day plus long-distance charges. Alternatively, guests can use the hotel's fax facilities.

Outgoing Faxes:

• Within Canada: CAD 4.50 first page and CAD 1.50 each additional
• North America: CAD 5.50 first page and CAD 1.50 each additional
• Overseas: CAD 6.50 first page and CAD 2.00 each additional

Incoming Faxes:

• Over five pages only: CAD 1.50 first page and CAD 0.50 each additional
• Please note: Charges are based per fax; each new fax (over five pages) is charged CAD 1.50 first page and CAD 0.50 each additional
