Themed Events
Fairmont Le Château Frontenac's fascinating history provides the basis for a nostalgic themed event. An Historically Themed Gala Evening features actors playing the roles of some of the key figures of the hotel's past as guests enjoy fine dining and classical music.

An Historically Themed Gala Evening
The Comte de Frontenac, Louis de Buade, invites you to be part of a historical banquet, where actors playing Cornelius Van Horne (the developer of Fairmont Le Château Frontenac), President Roosevelt, Winston Churchill, Alfred Hitchcock, and Queen Elizabeth II will be in attendance.

The evening features:

• A gala menu from our historical menu collection, prepared by our Executive Chef Jean Soulard
• A printed historic menu taken from our archives that depicts the story of Canadian Pacific
• Costumed actors representing famous people who have graced our hotel and changed history
• Classical music played by a local trio
• Photographs of your group with the actors
• Stories told during dinner by our actors about what happened to the people they represent when they stayed at Fairmont Le Château Frontenac
