Airport Information

Logan International Airport
Logan International Airport (BOS) is Boston's premier airport and is served by most major airlines including direct flights from key US and international gateways. The airport is a four-mile drive from The Fairmont Copley Plaza.

Driving Directions

• Follow the signs to Boston through the Sumner Tunnel
• Turn right up the entrance ramp onto Expwy 93 North
• Take the Storrow Drive exit on right
• Follow Storrow Drive West and take the Copley Square exit
• Turn right onto Beacon Street
• Go two blocks and turn left onto Clarendon Street
• Follow Clarendon Street five blocks and turn right onto St. James Avenue
• The Fairmont Copley Plaza will be on the left

An airport shuttle service is available from Logan International Airport to The Fairmont Copley Plaza

JC Transportation offers service to and from Logan International Airport. The service costs $14.00 for a one-way transfer. Reservations in advance are highly recommended but not required.

Rail Services

MBTA (Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority): Subway, Bus, and Commuter Trains
Logan International Airport is served by subway and bus routes operated by the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority.

Subway
Take the MBTA Blue Line to Airport Station. A free shuttle bus service is provided by Massport from the Airport Station to all airline terminals.

Commuter Rail
The MBTA also offers commuter rail service from several stations in Boston to various points in Massachusetts.

Local Transportation

The "T"
MBTA, or the "T," is a subway system that connects to Logan International Airport, South Station Bus Terminal, Fenway Park, and all the sights Boston has to offer. The Fairmont Copley Plaza is located one block from Green Line and Orange Line stations at Copley and Back Bay.

Commuter Rail

From Points South via I-95 and I-93:

• Follow I-95 North to I-93 North
• Take exit 18 Massachusetts Avenue / Roxbury
• Follow the arrows to Massachusetts Avenue and turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue
• Off of Massachusetts Avenue, turn right onto Huntington Avenue
• Follow Huntington Avenue to Dartmouth Street and turn left

Oversized Vehicles
Parking for vehicles over 6' 8" should be verified with the Bell Desk prior to arrival. Valet parking can only accommodate for vehicles of 6' 8" or less. Anything larger must be self-parked. The hotel can direct guests to a number of open-air garages near the hotel. Cost for open-air garages is subject to prevailing rates.
