Katy's Cove and Saltwater Beach
This is the ideal site to make your event a success! Boasting a private beach where your guests can go for a stroll, play volleyball or swim. Lobster Cookouts are fantastic evenings, combined with the seaside atmosphere, calm waters, lobster traps, boiling kettles, buoys, and picnic tables decked out in checkered tablecloths. This is an authentic maritime event!

The Shaughnessy Room
This unique room offers a spectacular view of Passamaquoddy Bay and projects its own elegance, requiring little or no decoration. The decor, color scheme, and natural lighting give this ballroom the ability to create an intimate yet spacious event that accommodates groups as small as 30 or as large as 400. Features of this newly renovated ballroom include large bay windows with vibrant new carpet and wall wainscoting.

Located off the Shaughessy Room is the Passamaquoddy Room, which is a perfect location for buffets, trade show booths, or breakout space.

The New Brunswick Room
This room is a twin in dimension to the Shaughnessy Room and is located on the convention floor, making it ideal for additional meeting space requirements. The bay windows create an intimate yet spacious ballroom with a perfect atmosphere.

The Van Horne Ballroom
Step into history in the Van Horne Ballroom, in a private building of your own with a spectacular view of the hotel. This room boasts classic decor with eight chandeliers and a grand antique fireplace. The attached veranda makes the ideal location for buffets, coffee breaks, and receptions. This grand ballroom creates a timeless ambiance for distinct meetings or functions.

The Carleton Rotunda Private Dining Room
This private section of the Passamaquoddy Dining Room is a versatile room surrounded by windows and an unforgettably picturesque view of The Fairmont Algonquin grounds and Passamaquoddy Bay.

Garden Veranda
Similar to The Carleton Rotunda, this intimate room boasts a beautiful view of the gardens. It is the perfect spot for a small private dinner or small meeting.

Small Meeting Rooms
These include Fundy, St Andrews, Algonquin, and St Croix rooms, conveniently located on the same level as the New Brunswick Room and suitable for breakouts and board meetings.
